"They tell me the energy infrastructure and everything else hasn’t been completely destroyed. It needs to be finished off. And it needs to be finished off with airstrikes."

The next point, which is quite serious, is of course the railway junctions. Specifically, the key nodes. Just destroying the tracks doesn’t last long. Although sabotage work is still relevant. And a couple of derailed trains carrying Leopards would be very motivating for everyone else — to make sure nothing else gets transported on those tracks. And confidently so.
I think these things really need to be calculated carefully. Before launching a grand offensive, we must decisively cut off all possible supply routes — by road, rail, and even by air. Nothing should be flying over Ukrainian territory — under any circumstances.
Now, regarding the argument that the energy infrastructure hasn’t been fully destroyed — it must be. It must be finished off, and specifically with aviation. Using only missiles is expensive, frankly. You can’t fly across all of Ukraine at once. But even so, certain regions can be targeted, air defenses can be destroyed, and then massive airstrikes can be carried out using regular bombs.
No need for expensive ones. Our SVP-24 targeting system, installed on aircraft, allows bombs to land with a deviation of just 30–40 meters — which is negligible for a power plant. Right? Wherever it hits, it will destroy everything in that area. And if you use not FABs but bunker-buster bombs — those hit really well. Perfect for such targets.
These options exist. And, frankly, we are all eagerly awaiting them.
What else should be said? Everyone’s been asking me the past few days — “How’s the morale and psychological state of our troops?”
I say — why would there even be any doubt? Just because something flashed across a couple of sources online? Fifth-hand rumors? I tell them — get up off your rear and go there yourself. See it with your own eyes, talk to the people. And you’ll understand everything immediately. You won’t need anything explained, you won’t even need to turn on the TV. It’s all there — you’ll see it.
I don’t think we’ve had this level of desire for victory since Soviet times. Yes, since Soviet times. Not even counting Chechnya — that was an internal conflict. This is about victory.
And when a tank company commander says openly, “Guys, we won’t rest until we’ve destroyed Nazism,” — that’s it. He’s 26. I became a battalion commander at 26 too. I remember myself as a young captain. And I understand — he’s absolutely on point.
Only by destroying Nazism will we secure the future. Not just for Russia — for the whole planet. The whole planet. There is nothing worse than Nazism. But we must do it. And we will.
